Any dispute arising directly or indirectly from these General Terms and the Contract will be submitted to the competent court of the Client’s domicile where Ondoxa Ltd is the plaintiff, respectively to the Court of Waterford where the Client is the plaintiff.

If we make substantial revisions to the way we collect or use your Personal Information such that we use it for purposes or share data with third parties to which you have not consented, we will provide you with notice of these changes and may do so by announcing the change through our services.
